4. Free Campaign Offer

Our "Free Campaign" offer refers to the management fee for setting up and running an initial ad campaign for a limited time. This offer does not include the actual ad spend (the money paid directly to Facebook/Google), which remains the responsibility of the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Shaprixblue, including ad copy, designs, and strategies, remains the intellectual property of Shaprixblue unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their own business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shaprixblue is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the performance of ad campaigns. We do not guarantee specific results, as marketing performance depends on various external factors.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shaprixblue operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
